Within my first week I was directly involved in several on-going projects that required rapid research and careful analysis. The fast-paced, bilingual setting and consistent demand for quality presented new challenges each day.

CS team members are welcoming, friendly, and very motivated, creating an environment conducive to growth and fun. Working with such a devoted team to solve problems for clients from different backgrounds allowed me to develop skills that I will use for the rest of my career."

At the start, I was an assistant to an English Associate and given many opportunities to access client work on employment issues, such as reviewing contracts or solving employment problems. After one month, I was given an opportunity to work on my own client projects. It was encouraging to know China Solutions had this kind of trust in me.

Working as an intern in an international team has been both challenging and rewarding. My communication and legal writing skills have improved dramatically. "The most important things I have learned from working at CS are communication and team work. I have also learned a great deal about taking care and paying close attention to detail. I feel that I have gained my own methods for approaching different problems and have had the opportunity to share these skills with my colleagues.
